Innovation

We try to set best practice, not follow it:

  • We engage our staff through company newsletters and staff attitudinal surveys;
  • A dedicated intranet site for staff allows them to network with each other and exchange ideas;
  • Regular development workshops place staff at the forefront of product and service development; recognition of their success is equally as important.
Service

Our passion for and commitment to, the quality of our service is underpinned by the way we manage our people:

  • Recruitment is based solely on evidence based merit scores;
  • Individual personal development programmes focus on clear action plans, supported by individualised training and development programmes, which are reviewed on a regularly basis;

Operational efficiency

  • All our operating systems and marketing materials are produced centrally and supported by innovative CD ROMs - our staff spend 100% of their time focused on their members; the management support team focuses its time on club operations;
  • All sites are benchmarked and quality controlled through a "balance scorecard" management process;
  • Regular client meetings focus on accurate reporting and the delivery of proactive service solutions.

New client relationships

All new client relationships are developed through our Business Director, supported by our Operations Director. This guarantees you the required operational commitment, right from the top, which together with our investment in specialist support functions, ensures the highest possible sensitivity in taking over and operating existing contracts and the highest possible experience in designing and starting up new contracts and services.
